Jono ir Elžbietos Kardelių fondas

Fonds contains materials belonging to Jonas Kardelis including a Lithuanian passport issued in exile, correspondence, photos and a draft of a memoir covering the period 1893-1918 and materials belonging to Elzbieta Kardelienė including: - records for music school in Montreal including programs for school recitals; - address books; - clippings of articles written by and about Elzbieta Kardelienė; - correspondence; - programs of concerts featuring Elzbieta Kardelienė; - phonograph records including recordings of Elzbieta Kardelienė singing; - reel to reel audio tapes including recordings of Elzbieta Kardelienė singing; - sheet music used during performances; - text of speeches; - photo albums; and - Lithuanian national costume made for Elzbieta Kardelienė in 1951 by Anastazija Tamošaitienė and others consisting of a skirt, blouse, vest, apron, sash and headdress.
